NaMax's main business is the application of information technology in the financial sector. Our staff and associates have many years' experience of all aspects of the business from the design of system architectures to the selection and implementation of packages.
We have worked in all sectors of finance from international banking to general insurance, and from venture capital to retail banking. In information technology we have experience of all aspects of project based work from specification to development and testing, from systems strategy and architecture to implementation. We take pride in the fact that we actually implement most of the strategies we develop.
In a recent assignment, we were involved in all aspects of the creation of a multi-functional web-based financial supermarket. The work involved the design of the systems architecture, call centre, and customer relationship management system. On completion of the architecture we were also responsible for the very rapid implementation of the first phase of the project which involved banking services and insurance. NaMax has commenced a business process re-engineering project to restructure the operations of the insurance arm of the operation.
NaMax has undertaken a wide range of different types of assignment in many parts of the world including the UK, USA, Korea, Turkey and Ireland. Staff have also worked for in Poland, Switzerland, Japan, Kenya, Czech Republic and Greece.
Our banking clients have included Barclays Capital, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds TSB, Daiwa (Europe). Insurance companies with whom we have worked include Zurich Insurance, Aviva, Legal & General.
