Francis is an associate of NaMax with over 20 years experience in business. He has worked in a wide range of sectors, from defence to venture capital, but in recent years has specialised in the insurance sector.

His experiece covers development of new products, strategic redevelopment of companies, incuding several of the largest UK firms. Recently he has worked on the development of new channels to market in the Far East, where his work was the basis for the implementaiton of a full integrated communications centre - the first in the market - for insurance and related products.

Francis previously worked for Arthur D Little and Price Waterhouse amongst others.
