NaMax became involved in a project which was running over budget and looked as though it was going to be late. Unfortunately, the client had promised that the service would be available to their client on a particular date. The scope had been cut back and cut back and finally the users had reached the point where the cuts had gone too far.

NaMax took over the management and design and working closely with a partner organisation managed not only to change the architecture and put the project back on track, but to add back all of the original features and add a few more!

The system was not only delivered when it was promised, but it was suitable for extensive reuse and allowed the client to make significant savings on future developments as well as delivering them in record time.
